I failed my first 1 hour glucose test, but I had to take the 3 hour test next before they would have diagnosed me with GD(I passed that). <br /><br />Also, you'd think that doctors would find nutrition to be important for their work, but they don't and are notoriously ill-informed. If you do have GD, a nutritionist or dietician with experience with pregnant women should be able to give you good advice. You may be able to get insurance to cover the consultations as well.
